1. Analyzing

I learn about your project goals and the codes of your residential property. I then analyze the market and define the sensory strategy along with you.

2. Selling or letting

We then search for the suitable buyer or tenant. In doing so the instinct and emotions of everbody is the strategic focus which will guide us through this step.

3. Handing over the keys

Once the buying or letting contract is signed, I accompany you to the handover of the keys and I will file the tax return of the capital gain.
