House Hunting in Zurich | Avoid unnecessary viewings

Do you search a home to buy or to rent in the Greater Zurich Area? And do you wish to avoid unnecessary viewings? I do the house hunt for and with you. I show you possible residential areas and support you until the handover of your new home.

This is how I proceed

1. Analyzing

First of all, I get to know your motives for buying or renting and your requirements for your new living space. Then I analyze the market and work with you to determine the right search strategy.

2. Searching

We then do the house hunting together. Once we found a place that you would like to rent or buy I send the application and will take care of the negotiation with the landlord or lessor for you.

3. Moving

Once your lease or buying contract is signed I accompany you until the handover of the keys and your move-in. And if desired beyond that.
