Growing up on Lake Zurich, I took the step into the real estate industry in 2000 at Tamedia, where I set up the online real estate marketplace Immowinner.ch. I then rented out newly built properties in Zurich, sold residential properties and managed condominiums. Since January 1st, 2008 I provide services for people who want to sell, let, buy or rent a home in the Greter Zurich Area with my own company. And since 2013 I have been teaching marketing and real estate management (rental properties and condominiums) on a part-time basis.

My professional training:

  • 2009: Licensed Real Estate Broker with a federal certificate – independently handling complex initial letting mandates and sales mandates of real estate
  • 2016: Master of Advanced Studies MAS Marketing and Management of Services at the HSLU. My Master’s thesis is entitled: “Management of multisensory customer experiences taking into account the power of emotions in the purchase of residential property”
  • 2024: Licensed Trainer with a federal certificate – designing training courses for adults

As a personal trainer, Mogli makes sure that I take regular breaks and get plenty of fresh air. And, if requested by my clients, he accompanies me to client appointments in his role as Chief Happiness Officer.

He was born in Sri Lanka in March 2017, and in October 2017 he traveled by plane from Colombo to Zurich via Dubai. I therefore know what it means for a dog to start a new life in Switzerland and can advise you on relocating with your dog or cat.

Multisensoric Customer Journeys

When grubbing at a bookseller’s I discovered the book “Neuromarketing” by Dr. Hans-Georg Häusel. To better understand on how to implement those insights when marketing or selling a home I successfully completed the MAS in Services Marketing and Management from the University of Applied Science Lucerne/FHZ. In my master’s thesis I researched the influence of multisensoric customer experiences on the decision of the home buyers. An abstract of it got puplized in the Swiss Real Estate Journal (Heft Nr. 14).

My teaching engagement

Seeing “my” students find their way into the real estate industry, flourish in it and fulfill their dreams is what drives me. That’s why, in 2015, I took on the responsibility of developing and expanding the real estate courses at KV Business School Zurich and teaching the subjects of property marketing, rental property management and management of condominiums as a lecturer. Since 2013 I also teach marketing at a higher technical college.
